Private Training

We offer three types of private training: Small Group, Semi-Private, and 1-on-1 Private Training.

Small Group Training:

  • Access to coach and facility with up to 4 other people (3-5 people total each session)
  • Option to do group style training or specific programming
  • Additional workouts provided to complete outside of the gym
  • Option to add Nutrition coaching for discounted rate of $50/month

$250/hour as a group

*Works out to $50/session per person if it's 5 people, $62.50/session per person if it's 4 people, $83.33/session per person if it's 3 people).

Semi-Private Training:

  • Exclusive access to coach and facility with only 2 clients at a time (you and one other person)
  • Full assessment
  • Custom program based on your goals and needs
  • Additional workouts provided to complete outside of the gym
  • Option to add Nutrition coaching for discounted rate of $50 per month

$90/hr per person.

*Total is $180/hr per session (if one person no-shows the pair is still responsible for the full amount).

1-on-1 Private Training: 

  • Full individualized assessment
  • Custom program based on goals and needs
  • One-on-One Nutrition Coaching
  • Additional workouts provided to complete on your own
  • Must train with Coach 3x/week at Project 13
