Project 13 Schedule

Your first class with us is FREE. Use the schedule below to select and book your class.

We have three main types of days during the normal week: Conditioning, Lower, and Upper. We use the acronym CLU to help you remember. We program workouts 6 weeks at a time to provide training that will improve your performance AND your longevity. Today's session is built on yesterday and prepares you for tomorrow. Welcome to Project 13.

First timers and guests welcome to all class times, except 9am on Saturdays which is for members only.
