Project 13 is more than just a gym. We are Building Better Humans, and our mission is to empower people to achieve their full potential through fitness.
We provide one hour long workouts that are individualized in the group setting. Each session will push your limits but can be scaled to any level because we know everyone starts somewhere.
The training programs are thoughtfully created in 6 week cycles, with today's session built on yesterday's while preparing you for tomorrow. We understand the obstacles of daily life (sitting at a desk, commuting, and more) and provide focused mobility work before and after classes to help counteract the effects of corporate life.
We ask our members to embrace the journey and put in the time and effort. You will see progress within 4-6 weeks, but it takes consistency and hard work to realize long-term sustainable results.
