Training Schedule

We have three main types of days during the normal week: Conditioning, Lower, and Upper. We use the acronym CLU to help you remember. We program workouts 6 weeks at a time to provide training that will improve your performance AND your longevity. Today's session is built on yesterday and prepares you for tomorrow.
