In The Gym

HIGH INTENSITY and STRENGTH TRAININg

In the gym Project 13 provides hour long small group training sessions with coaches who get to know you and your goals. We balance high intensity workouts with mobility exercises so you can train injury free and become stronger, faster, and leaner over time.

weekly CLASSES

We provide Conditioning, Lower and Upper focused workouts for a complete training program. On Upper and Lower days, we offer both strength and circuit/HIIT class options.

HIIT CONDITIONING

High Intensity Interval Training to improve endurance and cardiovascular output. We’ll combine floor exercises with one or more cardio machines (Row, Ski, and Bike).

UPPER FULL BODY

Tackle a full body circuit/HIIT style workout with an upper emphasis in Studio B. We include both weighted and bodyweight exercises during class.

LOWER FULL BODY

An energizing, circuit based lower session in Studio B. We’ll use kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises.

A targeted lower body workout with a focus on strength and quality movement. We’ll use barbells and kettlebells as the main weighted movements.
